Before joining Synapse, Shea worked in agency and in-house environments, managing paid search efforts for large eCommerce and B2B brands. Her most recent role focused on paid search execution for a leading eCommerce retailer, navigating complex accounts and competitive marketplaces.
With over five years of experience in paid search, Shea has managed and optimized campaigns across industries, applying rigorous A/B testing, performance analyses, and cross-channel insights to improve efficiency and scale.
A lifelong avid skier, Shea spends her winters chasing powder in the White Mountains and her summers soaking up the sun on the New Hampshire seacoast.
