Roberto Profeta
Roberto leads engineering and intelligent automation initiatives at Synapse, partnering closely with teams across the agency to build predictive workflows, automate complex data pipelines, and develop agentic AI tools that unlock actionable intelligence for clients.
Roberto graduated from the University of Florida in 2023 with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics, and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining Synapse, he worked in technology and management consulting at Accenture and Ankura in Boston, where he built enterprise-scale diagnostic tools, cloud alerting frameworks, and search benchmarking systems.
With Synapse Labs, Roberto actively drives agency innovation by engineering cutting-edge automation tools, custom data pipelines, and agentic AI solutions that maximize marketing performance and streamline operations.
Outside of the office, Roberto is an avid distance runner who can often be found logging miles along the Charles River.
