Isha graduated from Dartmouth College in 2022 with a degree in Quantitative Social Science and Psychology. Before joining Synapse, she worked at a customer experience agency in an analytics-focused role, building a strong foundation in user behavior and measurement.
With Synapse Labs, Isha designs and builds tools for automation, data management, and AI search measurement, improving the quality, efficiency, and consistency of analysis and reporting.
Outside of the office, Isha enjoys playing guitar and a good board game.
