She applies her degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated in 2026, to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve marketing performance.
Before joining Synapse, Carleigh gained analytical experience through a banking internship and as a leader within a student-managed investment fund, both experiences that strengthened her research, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
A New Hampshire native, Carleigh enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found skiing in the White Mountains during the winter.
