Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Synapse is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (PMS) to join our rapidly growing team! The PMS will help optimize and support key programs across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Social Media, and SEO. Primary responsibilities include:
- Identifying key trends within various paid media campaigns.
- Building new campaigns within Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Conducting keyword and targeting research to help expand and optimize campaigns.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize client campaigns.
- Work with account supervisor to prioritize projects across various clients.
- Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided).
- Training will be provided across paid search, social media and SEO.

- Ability to analyze and synthesize data sets and identify key findings and next steps based on those insights.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-confidence with a willingness to learn from others in a collaborative setting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Interest in working with a young, rapidly growing SEM firm.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Math/Statistics.
