DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST (DMA)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, data-focused performance marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA) is primarily responsible for analyzing and optimizing paid media programs (Google Ads, social media programs, etc.). The DMA will provide key analytical and operational support for Synapse’s flagship clients. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting robust data analysis using client and platform data
  • Implementing, analyzing, and synthesizing A/B tests to evaluate and optimize messaging and landing pages experiences
  • Collaborating with account supervisor to devise account strategies and manage client relationships
  • Applying advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided) to enhance insights.
  • Identifying new opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements
  • Developing and analyzing client reports

Digital Account Supervisor

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity for a top performer to help a rapidly growing, uniquely positioned search engine marketing firm build out a client services team.  Initially, the Digital Account Supervisor (DAS) will be responsible for working closely with company co-founders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies (across paid search, display, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing), manage client relationships and project manage all client initiatives.  The DAS will have complete oversight over client initiatives; operational support will be provided.  Over time, the DAS will become involved with building out the most capable client services team in the industry. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with company co-founders to develop strategies for clients across our key service offerings (paid search, display, SEO, content marketing and social media marketing).
  • Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts, review and make recommendations on current service offerings, and contribute to other agency growth initiatives.
  • Make key hiring decisions and help develop an employee build-out plan that is consistent with client growth.
  • Develop processes for on-boarding, training and developing new employees.
  • Oversee, manage and provide training to 1-3 operational resources.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and own client communications.
  • Project manage client initiatives and prioritize with internal resources.
  • Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided).
  • Training will be provided for SEO and other non-paid search channels if needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-6 years of paid search experience.  SEO experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience managing others is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, data-focused performance marketer to join our team.  The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst is primarily responsible for optimizing paid media (PPC and paid social) programs.  The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst will provide key operational and client facing support for Synapse’s flagship clients.  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with account supervisor and company co-founders to devise account strategies and manage client relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses related to day parting, performance fluctuations, and recent optimizations to improve client performance.
  • Opportunity to own key deliverables for paid media programs and other core service offerings (SEO, content marketing, display and social) if you are interested in gaining broader digital marketing experience.
  • Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided).
  • Work with account supervisor and company co-founders to identify new opportunities for account growth.
  • Develop and analyze weekly and monthly reports.

Job Description

Synapse is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (PMS) to join our rapidly growing team!  The PMS will help optimize and support key programs across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Social Media, and SEO.    Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying key trends within various paid media campaigns.
  • Building new campaigns within Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Conducting keyword and targeting research to help expand and optimize campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize client campaigns.
  • Work with account supervisor to prioritize projects across various clients.
  • Analyze data using advanced techniques and statistical tools developed by Synapse SEM (training on our tools will be provided).
  • Training will be provided across paid search, social media and SEO.
